Madura — Master’s student in Innovation and Design at MDU.
With a background in Information Management and experience in IT business analysis across AI, fintech, and telecommunications, Madura focuses on how people interact with complex digital systems.
At SCAILAB, Mardura is completing his master thesis project, exploring how LLM-based support can be integrated into synthetic data pipelines for engineers.
His work focuses on:
• Improving trust and usability in AI-supported workflows
• Identifying gaps between system outputs and user expectations
• Designing more transparent and predictable LLM integrations
His main contributions are human-centred design recommendations and practical suggestions for bridging the gap between expectations and actual results for engineers in the use of LLMs.
