Sophie — Master’s student in Innovation and Design at MDU
Sophie is currently completing her thesis internship at SCAILAB, exploring how technical organisations communicate their services and expertise across digital platforms.
Having a background in design, her work focuses on:
• Bridging communication gaps between technical experts and wider audiences
• Analyzing the current state of digital platform usage for complex organisations
• Using design methods to make technical insights more accessible and understandable to wider audiences
Sophie’s goal is to develop a content strategy which will help technical organizations better communicate their services to broader audiences as well as developing stronger, more meaningful connections.
